Subscription Terms

How it works

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you'll receive Age-Defying Radiance Serum (30ml) every 7 weeks at 10% off the one-time price per delivery including free UK delivery. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

When you're charged

You pay for your first delivery when you place your order. Each later delivery is charged to your saved payment method on its order date, every 7 weeks. We'll email you 3 days before each order is charged, so you can skip, change or cancel first.

Skipping, changing or cancelling

You can skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, or cancel at any time from your account, in a few clicks. To stop the next delivery, cancel or skip before its order date. There's no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. You can also email us at info@colluxelle.com and we'll cancel for you.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your first delivery to cancel your subscription and return that delivery for a refund under your statutory rights. See our refund policy for how returns work.

60-day empty-bottle guarantee

The guarantee applies to your first delivery only, one claim per customer. Return postage is paid by you. Full details are in our refund policy.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next order is charged at the new price, so you can cancel if you'd prefer.
